Hi, I am Vanessa Ostler.

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I'm glad you're here! Photography has always been a passion of mine. I started as a teen capturing photographs of my siblings and I fell in love with the creative process, of preserving emotions, connections, and stories.

I've been married to my best friend (Brian) for 18 years and we have three awesome teens! Brian and I naively hired an inexperienced photographer to capture our wedding day. Although he captured some beautiful photographs, ---all of my bridal photographs looked forced and awkward, I tried to do a serious face and well you can see I was "trying" ha ha...

That experience gave me insight and an approach in my work to never force a moment. I always give cues to bring out natural emotions. Every person has a unique story to tell, and it's my mission to capture the authentic, the raw, and the real moments that truly reflect your love and relationships.
